We had a hot tub installed and he worked with us to coordinate getting the electrical ready prior to a patio and was quick to come as soon as it was delivered to get it hooked up! Stephen Logue Electric did a great job getting to the bottom of an electrical problem with my dryer tripping circuits. His diligent effort uncovered the problem quickly and his ability to use existing unused materials, led to a price less than the one he originally quoted in advance. Stephen recently completed work at our house after our doorbell box was ringing nonstop. As you can imagine, this was quite annoying and incredibly inconvenient, as we had to manually manage it with the breakers in our electrical box. Stephen quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix our issue, while also providing practical recommendations to fix a flood light in our backyard too. Stephen was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and will always be our first call for any electrical needs!

An adapter for our Christmas lights short circuited on 12/23. Naturally, we panicked because this was right before Christmas! Steve was able to come out the next afternoon (Christmas eve) and repair the issue, along with a few other electrical problems. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and above all, kind. My husband and I highly recommend him for any of your electrical needs! We look forward to having him return after the holidays to do some additional work on our home.

Stephen replaced 6 existing detectors in my home with combination detectors. Customer service is amazing. I bought incorrect replacements. Stephen explained why and went to Home Depot, purchased and installed correct ones at the same scheduled appointment!

Our house is nearing 30 years old now and all the pandemic time spent around it caused us to put together a list of things we should upgrade. We have known Stephen and his family for many years and are proud to consider them great friends after initially meeting through sports here in Billerica. The feedback he provided for replacing a couple bathroom exhaust fans, a broken light switch, and future outdoor floodlight changes was tremendous! He explained the pluses and minuses of using certain products and materials and made the decision making ultra easy for us less-handy types! We will be scheduling more projects with him soon!!
